Alongside my work as a physiotherapist, I also work as a fitness coach with a strong focus on movement quality, strength building, and sustainable training. I train dancers with a structured approach to muscle development—helping them build strength, control, and endurance specific to their art form. My sessions focus on improving turnout, footwork efficiency, core stability, and overall body awareness, reducing injury risk while enhancing performance. I also conduct senior citizen batches, where I simplify movement into functional patterns and drills that improve balance, coordination, and confidence. These sessions are designed to feel safe, progressive, and empowering—bridging the gap between rehabilitation and active living. A key part of my work is designing specialized movement and rehab patterns inspired by Kathak. By combining physiotherapy principles with rhythm, repetition, and traditional movement vocabulary, I create training routines that are both effective and engaging. Through my Kathak fitness batches, I aim to make classical movement accessible to everyone—whether it’s for fitness, posture enhancement, or simply reconnecting with the body in a more expressive way. My approach blends strength, grace, and rhythm—making fitness not just functional, but enjoyable and culturally rooted.
