Rianna Tackie

As a Bsc Sport Rehabiltator and Clinical Pilates Instructor and the founder of Heaven’s Touch Therapy, a health and wellbeing practice based in the UK. I specialise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury recovery, and movement-based therapy, supporting patients to move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. My work integrates evidence-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, and Pilates-based movement, with a strong focus on long-term outcomes rather than short-term fixes. I specialise in biomechanics and movement and use kinetic control to find the root of the pain. I work with a broad range of clients, including desk-based professionals, active individuals, the elderly and women navigating pain, postural issues, or recurring injuries.
