Mathias

Since 2024, I work as Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor : I both coach group classes, and 1:1 clients. My role is to provide a fully coached, training experience. I have worked with teenagers, seniors seeking to feel functional again, and athletes preparing their next competition. My Engineering background makes me want to explain what we do and why we are doing it, I let nothing on the side. Our status, as coaches, is a privileged one, because clients seek guidelines and are listening to us. That is why I feel the responsability to always have a coherent and fully detailed approach. I would love to exchange in person in order to share my motivation and vision of coaching.
