Since 1997, I’ve taught Pilates to private clients and groups from all walks of life—including 20 years with JPL/NASA teams, now continued online. I offer supportive online group classes, private sessions, and webinars that build strength, mobility, and confidence at every level. Many students stay for decades because I meet them where they are and help them move better for the long term.
