As a Fitness Coach in a gym set up, I asses the needs and capabilities of the clients through fitness assessment procedure and advice them to use the correct method of using exercise machines,teach the proper form and technique and assures all exercises done with proper form and technique maximizing results. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with more than 20 years of experience in my field. I am currently working in Anytime Fitness Santana Grove Paranaque as a Personal Trainer. My specialization includes Rehabilitation Exercises, Functional Training, Body Building, weight loss,power stretching. I also teach group classes like circuit training, tabata, boxing. I am a certified red cross occupational first aid and basic life support.
